Create an account on the platform and verify your identity. Then read the documents of the campaign: pitch deck, valuation report, the key investment information sheet and the FAQ. Choose your amount, usually from €1,000, and pay through the platform.

You invest in an unlisted company. It can go bankrupt, and then you can lose your entire investment. There is no guarantee of a return, and you cannot sell at any moment. Only invest money you can afford to lose and spread over several companies.

Usually after a lock-up of 24 months. You can then offer your shares or depositary receipts on the bulletin board on the platform, where other verified investors can buy them. A sale is not guaranteed. The exact conditions are in the documents of each campaign.
